We chose this hotel becoz of the view from its big room on the first floor and the roof top room balcony. Rooms are big, comfortably furnished. We had several problems with AC, water and electricity. Also hygiene is not so good. The beach is not so far and there are few restaurants over there. Actually if they will manage and maintain the hotel properly it will be one of the best places to stay in Goa coz no any other hotel or resort has the view to the ocean as this.

We booked this for a night as its spiffy cousin 'Marbela Beach Resort' wasn't available. It has a decent view of the beach, which is 5-10 minute walk, but is a bit in the middle of nowhere. The bathroom lights needed fixing when we checked in, and the furniture wasn't the cleanest. The service was slow and patchy. The breakfast is available at Marbela Resort, so helps to have transportation. Value for money if you just need a place to crash, but not much otherwise.

Can't imagine why this property has been given a single good review when I couldn't find a single decent thing about it. Let's see, where can I start? How about getting there. God. There's no road. The place is so far and so disconnected and situated in some God forsaken part of morjim. Scary as hell. Felt like we were marooned on some island. Food. What food? There's NO KITCHEN here. Which is quite perfect for the manager, who can charge us whatever he feels like. There was no electricity. Either the fan would work or the light or the ac. We had an early morning flight and had to figure out our way in the dark at 4 am cos there was no light. The manager -Ajay. He's rude and inconsiderate and doesn't give a damn. He will overcharge you for food, for a vehicle, for anything you want actually. I would never recommend this place. You can get a property near the beach with a fantastic view anywhere else in goa, one with MUCH better facilities and where you can truly enjoy what goa has to offer. If you're checking out this hotel, MOVE ON to a different one right now!

First of all, I am not at all surprised that I read similar reviews to mine on this forum. Had the worst goa trip ever. U feel like ur staying at some deserted island with everyone around trying to screw your happiness. Haven't seen worse staff than this. Ajay(assuming he was the manager, or at least it seemed so) went against his commitments and cheated us almost at every instance. The way to this hotel is totally screwed up. Unless you love to stay in a hotel without food and electricity, I wouldn't recommend risking this place. Safety is the biggest issue as its in a deserted place and ur screwed if u argue too much Pros: Decent interiors Cons: Thug staff Electricity hardly available NO KITCHEN (Can you believe it) No shops/restos/bars in 2km radius False commitments
